The YachtFinder utilizes state-of-the-art long-range electronics to locate a yacht in a crowded harbor or in fog. A small (7.25" x 2.,25" x 1.1" plus a 0.6: x 2" integrated antenna) which is designed to mount behind the boat’s electric panel to control the anchor light. It is controlled by pocket-sized long-range transmitter. The transmitter is used to briefly flash the anchor light and/or to turn the anchor light on or off. If the transmitter is not used, the anchor light functions normally, i.e., on/off with the panel switch. The device is shown in the accompanying figure.
